Complete Hard Mode Expierence
I apologize if this has been suggested before, I couldn't find anything searching.
I was thinking this could be added to the game. No extra titles needed, there are plenty now as is. What this would do is basically let you expierence the full story of a game over again by adding in the ability to redo primary quests in Hard Mode. We already have HM in Zones where most primary quests can take place, and we have HM missions, so why not HM Primary Quests. I just thought It would be cool to redo the game over again in a true complete hard mode difficulty as if you are doing it again for the first time. This wouldn't restrict you to things you haven't already visited of course..think of it as one more chance to do primary quests on your characters.
I think it would be fun, personally AND for the people out there who want more out of the game whether you be a casual PvE player, a Hardcore gamer or well..whatever, the option would be there.
If you are going to /notsign, at least be reasonable with why it shouldn't be implemented. Point out some actual valid points that stand up to argument, because I am tired of good suggestions being shot down with people saying "not worth dev time or money" when you don't work for the damn company and you don't manage their employees salaries, so thanks.
You and me both have no idea how hard/not hard some of the things we suggest are, but from from a standpoint..how hard can it truly be and what do all of you think?
Thanks for not reading anything i posted,
~Chris

HM Primary Quests to match the HM missions and areas makes sense but I would rather see Anet put there time into something better like new areas etc.

i'm neutral on this idea
on the one side it would be great to do all the quests again in HM
villany of Galrath ^^
but on the other side it would be rather pointless.

Instead of this, I'd prefer to see ALL quests become available again.
Some quests are really cool because they completely change the spawns in a certain area - so this would be a very nice touch!
Galrath and Althea here I come on my assassin!

how the hell are you supposed to do to the rescue in hm as a lvl 10-12?!? The starter islands wouldn't make any sense, so HM quest there aren't possible there. Then you have the problem with proph and what constitutes as the transition into HM.
As much as it seems like an interesting idea, HM really doesn't have much to offer aside from fightning monsters with juiced skills with the same bad AI and skillset. There would also be no benifit reward wise, so the only people who would play it are the ones who are bored with the game and want a new challenge.

not untill you reach level 20, which would wreck the point of doing early quests.

I'd certainly enjoy being able to repeat quests I've already done.

I don't believe that enough people will be interested in this for it to be worth it. I know that i wouldn't be interested in going through all the primary campaign quests again just to say that i did it without any tangible reward. This would only appeal to very hardcore, have-to-do-everything type people.
Alsopeople might exploit it in some way, finding an easy quest that rewards some money and repeating it over and over again. I don't see how it would be possible to implement it in such a way where it will only be repeatable once. either you can do it once the first time, or you can repeat it over and over again as much as you want. hard to find middle ground

I have to agree. Although it sounds like a nice idea, too many of us have brought too many characters through multiple campaigns just to go do it again with an already completed character. Without a substantial reward no one would actually take any interest in it.
And there's not much of a reward I can think of. Money doesn't do it with the myriad of farming spots out there now-a-days. And we don't need another title to grind. We've got books out the wazoo, but no one does any other books except for those interested in speedbooking. Basically No Reward = No One doing it. It's just the way people are.
Sorry /notsigned

Guys I got a great idea. Lets play the same content over again!
This was a flawless idea that pleased everyone and left no one disappointed when Hard Mode was introduced. It was just as groundbreaking of an idea that has had no complaints what-so-ever when they introduced Zquests. I'm sure that idea will be just as amazing the third time around!

Well I can see a few of you missed my point fully or didn't even read my original post, but that's fine, those of you who mostly didn't sign gave a good explanation so that is good I guess.
I'll go over a couple things that a couple idiots in this thread don't seem to understand.
-HM is for level 20.
-Primary Quests would only be available ONCE, ONE more time if this were to be introduced, not repeatable over and over unless you grinded your characters.
Thanks Again for (most) of you keeping your cool, the others with the ultra sarcasm and ignorant douchebaggery (aka shooting out the old WORN out 1,2,3?????,4 PROFIT!!! memes) can go blow me.

A bit pointless imo. I think it's sufficient to just switch to HM when you hit lvl 20, which isn't that far into the game. /notsigned.

There are quests that people haven't done, so perhaps something geared towards those little known ones.

I have to say, this is true. Generally speaking you can be level 20 by the time you reach Vizunah Square.
